DELIVERY COMPLAINT 

If your product has been damaged in transit or does not match your order, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Please send an email with a photo of the shipment (with a legible label) and a photo of the delivered product, where the damage will be clearly visible.

We will handle your complaint as a matter of priority and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

Within 14 days of receiving the shipment, you have the option to withdraw from the purchase contract and at the same time you are also entitled to exchange the goods or a refund.

The product you wish to replace or return must not be damaged. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging with complete accessories. Otherwise, the request for an exchange or refund will be rejected or only partially resolved.

Within 14 days of receiving the shipment, fill out the form on the link below for an exchange of goods or a refund, or please let us know by email that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Immediately after sending the form, you will receive a multi-digit complaint code to your e-mail for the exchange or return of goods, which must be written on the envelope with the address data. If you did not receive the email with the code, please contact us by email.

Before sending the goods back to our address, do not forget to check (eg in the order confirmation or invoice that you received by e-mail) that you bought the product in our online store. If you send us a product that was not purchased in our store, we will not be responsible for your error and we will not return the package.

Send the product to us no later than 14 days from the date of declaration of withdrawal.

We recommend sending the shipment by registered mail - in the event of a lost package, we will continue to be able to resolve your complaint based on proof of delivery via the tracking number.

The cost of transporting the shipment to our address is paid by the sender. We do not accept cash on delivery.

As soon as our complaint department receives your package, we will send you a new product or the purchase price will be refunded within 8 working days.

List of items for which it is not possible to withdraw from the purchase, resp. is limited to:

Detergents, polishing pastes,…: The product can only be returned if the protective film / seal has not been removed, resp. The product has not yet been opened and used.
Swimsuit, underwear: Swimsuit and underwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
E-book: An e-book is intellectual property that cannot be materially returned (can be downloaded or copied), so it cannot be exchanged or the purchase price for this item refunded.
Set, complete: Partial return of individual products from the set is not possible. The Mystery box request will only be accepted and resolved if you return the entire contents of the box.
Gift: Complaints are not possible for products that you receive as a gift.
NOTICE: If you voluntarily return a product for which withdrawal from the purchase is not possible, outside the 14-day withdrawal period, outside the 14-day return period after the withdrawal notice, or a product that was not purchased in our store, you we will return this product only after paying a fee of 10 EUR, which represents the cost of handling an unjustified complaint, otherwise the product will be destroyed.

ONLY REQUIREMENTS THAT MEET ALL THE ABOVE CONDITIONS WILL BE SOLVED.

EXCHANGE OF WARRANTY, COMPLAINTS

In the event that the product breaks down or does not work properly, you can claim a 2-year warranty on all electronic devices in our offer.

The warranty does not apply to:

physical damage
wear and tear due to use
damage due to improper, improper and careless use.
